What Happened?
Multiple things have happened, I also believe some of it is powers abuse. Also, some screen-shots included where he is using OOC during the /gov announcement. /gov is IC. Screen-shots below will provide more information with each of them. He also has been giving high amounts of money out, and handing guns out like mini-guns to people. In my opinion, this is all abusing his powers.

That is all the evidence I took before I logged off to create this report. The resolution I seek is for Jack to be REMOVED from the administration team. Or, something strict like that. Like administration taken away from him for an amount of time. Also, I didn't take a screen-shot and cant be bothered to now, but he has given many people millions of dollars. He has given me around 100 million dollars, and once he did that he said to me "am I the best admin?". It sounds to me he is giving gifts to try and become "The Best Admin".
